Proposal of Communication System in Company

Master´s thesis analyses modern methods of communication in company management. The objective is to discover out the crucial defects of this issue and to outline possible solutions which would improve the weaknesses – of internal communication. The master´s thesis consists of three parts: The theoretical part is concerned about communicational instruments which have been used by the operational company ČEPRO, a.s. The analytical part describes implementation of communicational instruments in the company. (external communication, internal communication, crisis communication and communication during the new product implementation) The proposal part recommends appropriate elements for efficient communication within the current communication system in the company.
Evident and Hidden Manipulation in Political Speeches of Socialistic Era

This thesis is concerned with identifying and describing the linguistic elements of manipulative strategies of selected political speeches from 1948 till 1957. In the first part the work is focused on the principles of political communication, further persuasion and manipulation with respect to the relationship of these terms. In the next sections we find formal and functional description language means with regard to their pragmatic semantic components, mechanisms of propaganda and political line of reasoning. Knowledge of various aspects of language allows description of specific manipulative tendencies in political speeches and their burden in terms of evident and hidden action to the addressee.
Speech of the Tourist Guide

This work deals with speech of the tourist guide from the point of view of individual linguistics levels. This topic was chosen because the author of this work studied tourism at secondary school and she has personal experience with the job of tourist guide. Second reason is the fact that this topic has not been described in details yet. Beside the activity of tourist guide and his/her nonverbal communication, this work deals with his/her speech from the point of view of five linguistics levels - phonetic/phonological, morphological, lexical, syntactic and stylistic one. For their analysis four video-records were used. There is real speech of four tourist guides at castles on these videos. The result of this work is the formulation of specific features of speech of the tourist guide. There are several points added to these features. These points are about recommendation for each tourist guide and his/her right and effective speech.

This thesis ("Enough is enough": Discourse analysis of Geert Wilders' parliament speeches 2010-2015) aims to analyze the rhetoric of the leader of the Dutch Party for Freedom (PVV) Geert Wilders in the House of Representatives between the years 2010 and 2015 and with the use of discourse analysis it aims to answer the research questions. The research questions of this work concern the issue of labeling Geert Wilders as a populist politician and his strong criticism of Islam, multiculturalism and European integration. Based on the theoretical literature and practical analysis of Geert Wilders' discourse, this thesis will answer the question if Wilders' rhetoric meet the criteria of populism. By analyzing the speeches it is also possible to determine the main topics of his speeches and answer the question if the criticism of Islam or European Union are a permanent feature of Wilders' speeches or just seldom mentions. The researched period includes the spectacular success of the PVV in 2010 general election, the drop in the 2012 general election and the following time in opposition. This bachelor’s thesis „Evaluation of equine vital expressions“deals with equine ethology. Work is separated to six chapters. The first chapter deals with basic daily activities, such as eating behaviour, evacuation, resting, comfort behaviour and movement. The second chapter focuses on social behaviour, the third on sexual behaviour, and the fourth than on maternity behaviour. Behaviour of foals is descibed at fifth chapter. The last chapter deals with abnormal behaviour. The part of this bachelor’s thesis is an partial ethological observation of horses, which is focused on individual and on herd. The most often expressions of behaviour were expressions of graze, feed intake, which was showed by consumption of hay, and social behaviour.
